- Named as VP Communications leader for Boeing Commercial Airplanes in the aftermath of two 737-Max crashes and crafted and executed the plane’s return to service comms strategy.
- Led through the commercial airlines industry paralyzing COVID-10 pandemic managing through a decline in air travel never seen before.
- Established the services business for Boeing with a specialized communications team, which involved realizing efficiencies through headcount and budget downsizing as well as integration of several business entities and subsidiaries.
